Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Carissa Cano, MA, LPC-S. I received my Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders: Speech Language Pathology in 2015 and I earned my Masters in Counseling from a CACREP accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at St. Edward’s University in 2021.

I work with individuals aged 15 and up and specialize in post-stroke depression, caregiver fatigue, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and anxiety.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process. The time we spend together is for you, and I want to make sure that you are getting what you need out of it. I encourage clients to push back if we are hitting on something that you are not ready for or if we are going in a direction that feels uncomfortable for you. I might have education and experience in counseling, but no one knows you better than you.
