Validation, Support, Insight, Guidance, and Tools
When we heal ourselves, we heal our ancestral trauma and protect our descendants from inheriting that pain. Holistic individual counseling is a safe space to heal and fully integrate the work compared to traditional psychotherapy. We will utilize all three components: the mind (psychotherapy), the body (learning from sensations), and the soul (imagery - unconscious, intuition).
Healing
Healing is a journey that begins with your willingness to explore and embrace the emotions tied to your present and past circumstances. Unexamined feelings can often manifest as unwanted or painful symptoms. The Intuitive psychotherapy approach, a comprehensive blend of psychoanalysis, somatic interventions, mindfulness, CBT, Solution-focused, Body/Mind Psychotherapy approach, and inner child work, is designed to help you tap into and trust your inner resources and intuition, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Therapy is about tapping into your inner strength, utilizing your insight, expanding your vision, and becoming a wiser, more loving person.
The body and the unconscious mind are deeply intertwined, forming a bridge to our intuition. Our unconscious mind stores memories, emotions, and patterns that influence how we feel and respond to situations, often without our conscious awareness. These signals manifest in the body through sensations like gut feelings, tension, or relaxation. Intuition arises when the body and unconscious mind work together, picking up subtle cues from our environment and past experiences, allowing us to make decisions or sense things beyond logic or immediate reasoning. This connection creates a powerful link to our intuitive wisdom.

"Call your spirit back. It may be caught in corners and creases of shame, judgment, and human abuse. You must call in a way that your spirit will want to return. Speak to it as you would to a beloved child." - Joy Harjo
