Validation, Support, Insight, Guidance, and Tools
Healing is not just personal. When we tend to our own wounds, we interrupt inherited patterns and create something gentler for those who come after us. This work honors both where you’ve been and where you’re going.
Holistic individual counseling offers a spacious, integrative container that goes beyond symptom management. Rather than separating mind, body, and inner life, we work with all three together:
the mind through psychotherapy,
the body through sensation and felt experience,
and the inner world through imagery, intuition, and the unconscious.
For clients who are interested, astrology can also be incorporated as a reflective and symbolic tool. Used thoughtfully, it can offer insight into patterns and themes in your life, supporting self-understanding and growth. Astrology is always optional and is never a requirement of the work.
Healing
Healing begins with a willingness to gently explore the emotions connected to both present experiences and past chapters of your life. Feelings that go unacknowledged often find expression through anxiety, physical tension, relational struggles, or a sense of being stuck.
My intuitive psychotherapy approach draws from psychoanalytic work, somatic interventions, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused strategies, body-mind psychotherapy, and inner child work. Together, these approaches are woven in a way that helps you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, build trust in yourself, and move toward a life that feels more integrated and meaningful.
Therapy is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about cultivating insight, expanding perspective, strengthening inner resources, and becoming more attuned, compassionate, and grounded within yourself.
"Call your spirit back. It may be caught in corners and creases of shame, judgment, and human abuse. You must call in a way that your spirit will want to return. Speak to it as you would to a beloved child." - Joy Harjo
