Welcome to ATX Intuitive Connections! I am the founder of ATX Intuitive Connections, and I offer intuitive psychotherapy and clinical supervision for LPC associates.
I believe in empowering my clients to trust their intuition. The collaborative process of cultivating insight involves a delicate balance of deep listening, constructive feedback, and awareness building. Integrating a whole person approach, my goal is to help you move toward positive change and greater balance in life.
I work holistically, integrating the emotional, mental, spiritual, physiological, and neurological components while working towards the client's goals in therapy. I’m a psychotherapist, but my work lives at the intersection of healing, intuition, and soul. I’ve developed a modality that bridges psychology with the sacred—where emotion, energy, ancestral wisdom, and inner knowing all belong. My work helps people awaken the healer within, peel back the layers of conditioning, and return to a life that’s intuitive, embodied, and deeply authentic. I believe healing is not just about feeling better—it’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise. I hold space for truth to rise and for people to reclaim their voice, their power, and their sacred path.
The most important part of having a good therapy experience is the relationship between the therapist and client. It’s completely normal for it to take up to three sessions—or even longer—to feel truly connected and at ease. Trust takes time, and giving yourself that space can be a powerful part of the healing process.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, traveling, and reading. I also supervise interns at Capital Area Counseling, and I am currently pursuing my PhD.

What it means when a therapist "holds space"
- When a therapist holds space,
- they create a gentle sanctuary,
- a place where silence speaks louder than words,
- and hearts can unfold without fear.
- It’s like a garden, where emotions bloom,
- where every tear, every joy, every shadow,
- finds a place to be, without judgment, without haste.
- In this sacred space, the therapist listens,
- not just with their ears, but with their soul,
- catching the whispers of your heart,
- holding them tenderly, like fragile petals.
- They are the calm in the storm,
- a steady hand in the dark,
- a quiet presence that says,
- "It’s okay to be exactly as you are."
- Here, time slows down,
- and you are free to explore the wild landscapes within,
- to wander, to wonder, to sit with your pain,
- knowing you’re not alone.
- This space is yours,
- a place to breathe, to heal, to grow,
- where the therapist walks beside you,
- but never leads—just lights the path,
- as you find your own way home.
